Drive through the Draa Valley to Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate. Spend the night at a desert camp in Zagora, ride a camel in Sarhara, and enjoy a delicious dinner and breakfast.

Day 1: Depart early in the morning from Marrakech. Be amazed by the valleys and hills as you travel to 7400 feet above sea level in your air-conditioned vehicle. Arrive at the ksar (walled city) of Ait Ben Haddou, which lies along the ancient caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. Snap photos of the city of Ait Ben Haddou, which has served as the backdrop for films such as “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Time Bandits,” “Kundun,” “The Mummy,” and many more. Find out why it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989.

Stop to purchase lunch at a local restaurant. Drive to Ouarzazate, home to famous film studios and sandstone buildings and desert landscapes. Cruise through the inspiring Anti-Atlas Mountains (Tizi N Tnifift), as well as the lush valleys of Agdz and the Draa Valley.

Arrive in Zagora and ride a well-trained camel through the desert as the sun sets over the sand. Stop at your campsite and enjoy a hearty dinner before sleeping like a local in an authentic Berber tent.

Day 2: Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise before taking a cool shower and breakfast. Return by camel to Zagora where you will meet your driver or driver.

Drive back to Ouarzazate through the Draa Valley and the Anti-Atlas Mountains. Stop for 40 minutes in Ouarzazate and visit the Kasbah of Taourirt or the cinema museum.

Finally, have lunch in Ouarzazate and return to Marrakech.

Arrival in Marrakech is scheduled for 18:00.
