Excursion to the Waterfalls of Ouzzoud

Your journey begins with pickup from your hotel or riad, followed by a drive to one of North Africa’s most impressive waterfalls, located 93 miles (150 km) north of Marrakech.

Upon arriving at the village of Ouzoud, you will be amazed by the sight of the waterfalls cascading 110 meters into the basin below. With your area guide, stroll through the olive groves and visit an argan oil cooperative, where you’ll learn about the Berber way of life and have the opportunity to take photos of the stunning landscape.

Continue along winding paths to a scenic viewpoint, where you can enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice. Then, board a traditional boat for a short ride on the basin at the base of the falls. Then, enjoy a late Berber lunch at a local restaurant with panoramic views of the waterfalls.

In the mid-afternoon, climb a series of steps out of the valley and return to your vehicle for the return trip to Marrakech.
